Refund policy

1. Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on the product purchased and how much of the service has been delivered. Informational prices on this website are not a checkout; your invoice or enrollment email states the binding commercial terms.

2. Timeframe to request

Unless a mandatory cooling-off right applies to your consumer purchase, refund requests should be emailed to info@programmersdks.digital within 14 days of payment for unused Orientation Hour or Employer Desk Brief sessions, and at least 7 days before a cohort start for Pathway Mentorship seats.

3. Full refunds

A full refund is typically available when we cancel a cohort, when we cannot provide a confirmed session within a reasonable reschedule window, or when a consumer withdraws within an applicable statutory cooling-off period before service begins.

4. Partial refunds

If Pathway Mentorship has started and you withdraw for documented medical or relocation reasons, we may offer a partial refund proportional to undelivered live modules, minus a €90 administration fee. Transition Blueprint work already delivered (audit complete) is generally non-refundable for that portion.

5. Non-refundable items

Completed live sessions, delivered written transition briefs, customized employer packet reviews already sent, and third-party fees (translations, authority charges) are non-refundable. Change-of-mind after downloadable materials are released for a cohort may limit refunds to undelivered live portions only.

6. Refund process

Email info@programmersdks.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and decide within ten business days.

7. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add a few days.

8. Cancellation by Programmersdks

If we cancel a program, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra seat fee.

9. Exceptions

Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution; please write to us first where possible.
