Lead consultant at Programmersdks with eleven years advising skilled hires on German employment transitions. Lena previously supported mobility desks in manufacturing and software firms across Bayern and Berlin.
She facilitates Modules 2 and 4 and reviews every transition brief before release.
FAQ
Do you file applications on my behalf?
No. Programmersdks provides consulting and education. We do not submit filings to embassies or Ausländerbehörde offices and we are not a law firm.
What is a real limitation of this pathway?
We cannot predict appointment availability in every municipality. Module 4 teaches how to prepare a file, but wait times in high-demand cities often sit outside anyone’s control — including ours. If your case hinges on a same-month slot, this program will not manufacture one.
Is German language required?
Sessions run in English. You should still expect some German on official forms; we explain key terms rather than translate entire statutes.
Can my employer join a session?
Pathway Mentorship includes one 30-minute HR briefing. Additional Employer Desk Briefs are priced separately.
